Why Shawn Rossi for Ward 8?
For too long, municipal elections in Sudbury have repeated many of the same promises, while residents continue to raise many of the same concerns. Changing the names around the council table doesn't necessarily change the results.
I believe Ward 8 needs a different approach: understand how our systems actually work, question whether they still make sense, and bring forward practical solutions that address the underlying problems—not simply the symptoms.
That means listening to residents, measuring what is actually happening, demanding accountability, and spending more only when the evidence shows it is necessary. The problems aren't a secret. The question is how we're going to solve them.
